By accessing or using ZKMarket, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

ZKMarket is a decentralized protocol for anonymous data exchange using Zero-Knowledge Proofs on the Mantle Network. We provide a platform for Producers to list verified data and Consumers to purchase it.

3. Decentralized Nature

You acknowledge that ZKMarket is a non-custodial, decentralized protocol. We do not have custody of your private keys, data files, or funds. You are responsible for the security of your wallet and data.

4. Prohibited Content

Users are strictly prohibited from listing illegal, harmful, or malicious data. While the protocol is permissionless, we reserve the right to delist content that violates applicable laws or community standards from our hosted interfaces.

5. Limitation of Liability

ZKMarket is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the protocol, including but not limited to smart contract failures, network interruptions, or loss of funds.
